Market Street Investors (MSI) is a Real Estate Equity Investment joint venture formed by Brownfield Partners and Citadel Realty Advisors.  MSI is first and foremost a buyer and developer of quality infill real estate. The firm's primary goal is to identify and acquire high-quality real estate that has been passed over because of significant environmental issues.

With $90 million in committed equity from two major private equity funds and an established a source of debt financing to leverage project costs, MSI is well positioned to successfully completed challenging redevelopment projects.

At closing MSI will assume underwritten environmental liabilities and indemnify the seller, the effect of which will be to provide the seller with a “walk away”. The selling company is ultimately relieved of on-going, reportable liability and in some cases, provided with an attractive tax deduction. After closing, MSI will complete the clean up of the site, master plan, and finalize entitlements to permit redevelopment and achievement of maximum property value.
