Stuart L. Miner, Managing Director Mr. Miner is a co-founder of Market Street Investors, LLC a Partner of Brownfield Partners, LLC and a co-founder of The LandBank Group, Inc. one of the earliest entrants in the Brownfields business. Mr. Miner has more than 30 years experience in the environmental and Brownfield industries, with unique expertise in structuring Brownfield transactions to isolate liability and manage risk. Mr. Miner has been directly involved in the acquisition of over 30 Brownfield properties, including the former Pacific Refinery in Hercules, California and the former Time Oil Company terminal in San Pedro, California, and the former Kaiser Steelworks property in Fontana, California. Ms. Hashem is co-founder of Market Street Investors, LLC a Partner of Brownfield Partners, LLC and previously a principal and Environmental and Risk Management Director with the LandBank Group, Inc. She has worked in the Brownfields industry since 1995, with more than 15 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. Ms. Hashem is an expert in pre-acquisition due diligence and in the integration of regulatory requirements and site remediation with redevelopment plans for Brownfield projects. Ms. Hashem has managed the implementation of remedial actions in coordination with site development for over 30 Brownfield acquisitions including refineries, bulk storage terminals, manufacturing sites, and a former steel mill. She is a member of the American Planning Association and serves as Chairman of a local Urban Renewal Authority in
Douglas A. Elenowitz, Managing Director
Mr. Elenowitz is a co-founder of Market Street Investors, LCC, a Partner with Brownfield Partners, LLC and previously a Project Manager with The LandBank Group, Inc. where he was responsible for underwriting, structuring and managing the acquisition of environmental properties. Prior to joining LandBank Mr. Elenowitz was an Associate with the Zebra Property Fund, L.P. and an Underwriter with the Environmental Specialties Division of Zurich North America. Mr. Elenowitz has extensive experience directing interdisciplinary teams of real estate, environmental, financial, and insurance professionals to successfully and profitably acquire, manage and divest of Brownfield properties.
